A beauty and scenic park and lake located in Deokjin-gu, Jeonju. The lake is quite large and there are many wood bridges connecting from one end of the lake to the other. A large railway bridge connects the mainland to a small island in the lake. A hanok building that is used for a library is located on the island, and visitors are freely allowed to walk in and around the hanok building. There is also a projector on the island that projects visual shows Friday nights. The lake is quite popular during lotus blooming seasons as one side of the lake is completely covered with lotus flowers. It is also popular during the evening as the entire lake and surround areas are lit with lights. The lake also host an annual lotus flower festival every July. You can watch people sing, eat traditional Korean food, and watch traditional performances.

The pub also host live band performances from time to time as well.

Pole Pole is a 24 hour 3 story bakery and cafe located in Yongjeong-dong, Dong-gu, Daejeon. You can order your drinks and pastry on the first floor of the cafe. The first floor was displays a big projector that shows various visuals. You can sit on a bean bag and watch the visuals while enjoying your drink and pastry. The second and third floors are additional seating areas for you to enjoy your drink and pastry, socialize with friends, and working quietly on your laptop. I high recommend checking it out if you want to try out a new cafe or want a place to study at late at night.

The Plamu Art Academy is a small art workshop located in Doan-dong. The art workshop specialized in many different classes such as the gloopy texture coloring workshop (think of painting a canvas with clay), knife coloring workshop, and bear coloring workshop. The art classes are very unique and are quite different from other art classes. The instructors were very friendly and helpful when you create your own art project. The instructors can teach in English, although their English isn't the best. I highly recommend trying out their workshops if you have time!
