This Woori branch offers English support as well as other Asian and European languages on every 2nd and 4th Sunday of the month. They are open 10am to 4pm on these two Sundays.

Thanks for posting this, Caitlin! Banking is often one of the first challenges foreigners face after arriving in Korea. It's great to know that language support is available and that they offer dedicated service days. I'm sure this information will be helpful for many people.
