The baker is very skilled in drawing any idea you have! She can speak a bit of English though KKT messages! Pick up is easy, she will give you a code to get into the store and you just pick up the cake in the fridge with your name on it!

Thanks for posting this, Caitlin! I love the idea of being able to customize every detail of a cake. Ordering through KakaoTalk sounds simple, and the pickup process seems really convenient too. I'll have to keep this place in mind for a future birthday or celebration.
